ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF ZnO:TiO2 NANOCOMPOSITE THIN FILMS

In this work, ZnO:TiO2 nanocomposites thin films were produced, and electrical properties evaluated. Nanocomposite nanoparticles used as film source in the preparation which was produced using hydrothermal synthesis different concentrations. Spin coating process adopted of films. pure TiO2,and 1:5 1:2 concentrations prepared. Electrical composites assessed where capacitance – voltage conductance measurements performed. Adjusted (Gadj) (V) adjusted (Cadj) characteristics studied. Frequency dependent obtained measurements. The density interface states (Dit) assessed; results illustrated that Dit has frequency characteristics.
